I'm Krupali — a UX and product designer who studied engineering at IIT Bombay and discovered that the hardest problems aren't technical, they're human.

I combine analytical thinking with empathetic design to craft experiences that are not just beautiful, but genuinely useful. Whether it's an IoT dashboard for engineers or an insurance app for first-time users, I start with understanding people deeply.
